Must Love Cats
Well, I don't know if he loves them, but he sure tolerates/ignores them! He is oblivious to their antics, including tummy tickling with their tails as they pass underneath. Actually my son has tried this too! Slickers is just a totally laid back kind of guy. He is a big guy - large, but not fat. His grey highlights give him a very sophisticated look, and many have commented on how handsome he is. I know my girls think he is the bomb! Come check him out yourself :)

Handsome Man
I just thought that I needed to comment on Mr. Slick's personality a bit. He is coming out of his shell more and more with each day that he is with us. Tonight I decided to go for a jog (solo), and Slick just became Tigger when he saw my running shoes. He bounded across the living room and stuck his head in my sneakers. I'm not sure that he would have wanted to go for that run, but he is definitely accustomed to going with someone after he observes them put on their shoes.
He is starting to try to play with my female dogs. They are warming up to him really well. He's not big into stuffies right now, but that may change. He seems to be showing us something new everyday! Stay tuned...

Sweetheart
Well, Mr. Slick has been here for nearly three days and he's settling in nicely. He gets along great with my hound mutt, Josephine, and my grey, Amber. He completely ignores my cats and takes all the loving he can get from my son and daughter. He has good house manners, and howls when someone comes to the door. I've heard that greys usually aren't good watchdogs, but I think Slick is the exception. However, he is as quiet as a mouse all other times.
I haven't had any trouble with him on our laminate floors. He takes them slowly and has done fine. He will make a great pet for some lucky family!
